The Research Consortium exists to provide advocacy, publicity, and support for research at West Chester University.  So far, there are eighty members from twenty academic departments.  The Consortium was formally founded in the Spring of 2002, but it has roots in an informal group organized in the mid-1990's by Kostas Myrsiades of the English Department.
