Standing Strong

Standing Strong is a support group designed to foster strength within individuals who have a loved one serving in the military. Spouses, significant others, children, parents, friends and more from the campus and community are welcome to participate! We will offer a range of workshops and activities, including health and wellness, coping with stress, and unstructured chat sessions for those days you just need to talk. We invite you to join us and find support from others who are experiencing the unique challenges and sacrifices of having a loved one in the Armed Forces.

Meetings are held on Thursdays at 3:30pm at the Veterans Center
