I served in the Air Force for eight years.  Prior to exiting the military, I served as Deputy Chief of Minority Enrollment at the United States Air Force Academy.  I continued to work at the college level outside of the military and, most recently, directed and administered career counseling and academic support services at the Stark County Community Action Agency in Ohio.  As the Veterans Center Coordinator, I am responsible for overseeing WCU’s veteran student services.  I am a liaison between WCU and the Department of Veteran's Administration (DVA).  I guide and mentor prospective and enrolled student veterans and eligible family members through all phases of their university career in areas specific to their needs.  If I can help in any way, feel free to contact me at or via phone at 610.436.2862.  My office is located in the Veterans Center. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.

I am a Navy Reserve Captain, JAGC, retired, licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania. I served on active duty during Desert Storm and had overseas assignments in Suriname, El Salvador, South Korea, Japan, Italy and Germany during my career.   I am pursuing a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree and plan to continue to serve Veterans either through the VA or Wounded Warrior Project upon graduation. I am here to assist Lillian and to help you and your eligible family members through mentoring and by identifying the opportunities and resources that are available for you to be successful in your studies here at West Chester University and for your career after graduation.
