10-22 Tenure-Track Assistant or Associate Professor of Finance

The Department of Economics and Finance has an opening for a full-time, tenure-track, Assistant or Associate Professor of Finance to begin August 2010. Rank and salary are dependent on qualifications.

Responsibilities: Primary responsibilities include undergraduate and MBA teaching (corporate finance, investments, financial markets and institutions), performance of departmental and university-wide service, and scholarly research appropriate for AACSB accredited institutions.

Requirements: Teaching experience is required. Business experience and quantitative skills are highly desirable. A Ph.D. in Finance is preferred with consideration given to an ABD. Ph.D. is required prior to tenure. Finalists must successfully complete interview process and teaching demonstration.
