Room Booking (Event Reservations)
West Chester University's facilities are often scheduled for activities other than academic classes. All event requests are scheduled through R25.

Event reservations entered into the R25 Events Scheduler go through the Event Management Office for approval. Representatives from major areas on
campus who either schedule the use of facilities or provide support services to events meets monthly to discuss upcoming events and coordination of support. The
meetings provide an opportunity for event schedulers and support departments to interact and exchange ideas in a neutral setting. See Guidelines for
