On what project will the logo be used? Will it be seen by an outside public? Has the Office of Publications reviewed the copy? If you are using an outside vendor, Publications is required to sign off on the PDR before a purchase order can be issued.

What quality do you need? On-screen/projection: 72 ppi; print projects require higher resolutions.

What type of file do you need? Common file types: vector-based .eps, .jpg, .gif, .png, .tif.
