2008 MFC Survey Recommendations

These recommendations emerged from the MFC Surveys conducted during February-March 2007. Between April 2007 to December 2007, the MFC strategized on ways to present the data while at the same time preserving the confidentiality of the interview participants, which involved 60% of self-identified multicultural faculty at various professoriate ranks: Assistant, Associate, and Full.

Posted on April 2, 2008, after the successful Fifth Annual Multicultural Retreat (March 28, 2008), the MFC Recommendations are found on pages 4-7 and aggregate responses of participants to questions asked found in Appendix B, pages 9-10.

The MFC Survey Recommendations will serve as the foundation to the 2008-2010 Strategic Plan of the MFC.
