Demolition

In the Fall of 1971, as West Chester celebrated its Centennial, work began on the demolition of Old Main. The photographs on this shelf came from the 1972 SERPENTINE which marked its demise. The Old Gym which stood next to Old Main since 1890 was also demolished at the same time
