Surveying for the New Library - 1962

This 1962 photograph from the SERPENTINE shows the surveying for a new Francis Harvey Green Library building which would open in 1966. The 1966 building is now the two story wing of the current Francis Harvey Green Library which opened in 1976.

The building on the left side of the photograph is Recitation Hall and the building in the background, visible through the trees, is Old Main.
