Each Junior Class presented a class play in the Spring. The play was usually a work form Shakespeare and was presented outdoors on South Campus, which was the area bordered by High Street, Roseadle Avenue, and Church Street. The new Francis Harvey Green Library was built on this site.
This photograph is attributed to the Class of 1920 who presented the last outdoor play, MID SUMMER NIGHT'S DREAM, in 1919. The photograph was taken on the corner of Rosedale Avenue and Church Street looking west toward the site of the current Schmucker Science Center.
