Graduate Student Library Authentication Number Request

To access library databases from off-campus, first please see the Remote Access Instructions.

If you are a graduate student and are unable to use your WCU username & password (same as WCU Webmail) to access the databases, and have not obtained a WCU RAM eCard, you can request a Library Authentication Number. This number will enable you to use the E-Z Borrow (PALCI) service. If you eventually obtain a WCU RAM eCard, please call the Library Circulation Desk at 610-436-2946 to activate the new ID Number.
