West Chester University
Internships are a vital part of a West Chester University education. We encourage our students to obtain the ideal experiences that will make them among the best candidates for any desired position. We reach out to organizations who wish to have qualified, energetic student apprentices to train who can in turn offer back the most up-to-date classroom theories and information. In short, WCU is about making internship connections that serve everyone’s needs.
To best fit individual internship opportunities with select students, WCU manages internship programs through our academic departments. Departmental direction allows programs to be specified to meet both student and employer needs. This website will help both parties to be in touch with the right person in the right department in the most efficient and informed manner.
The Twardowksi Career Development Center serves as a clearinghouse of additional internship opportunities that employers wish to advertise to all students via the career center's Ram Career Network database. The center hosts biannual career fairs and offers internship employers other services to facilitate connections with students and departments.
