Program Proposal and Timeline

You have arrived at the first step of the faculty-led programs approval process.  Please choose the appropriate program type from the list below, and download the appropriate program proposal and timeline.  For a reminder of which category is correct, please visit the program development homepage. Each Program has 4 sections: a contact information page, content request, signature page, and emergency contact form.
Program proposals that do not follow the appropriate timeline will be cancelled or postponed until the following year/proposal cycle.
