WCU's Learning Management System
Desire2Learn (commonly referred to as D2L) is the learning management system used by WCU to support online education for faculty and students.
The WCU D2L Services office is located in Anderson Hall, Room 20. If you need assistance during regular business hours (Monday-Friday: 8:00am-4:00pm), staff will be available to provide expert support for D2L related issues in person, by phone (610) 436-3350 ext. 2, email email@example.com or you may submit a ticket.
For After Hours D2L Technical Support (after 4:00pm and on weekends), Faculty and students can call 1-877-325-7778 or submit questions to Desire2Learn Technical Support.
If you are having difficulty logging into D2L due to password issues, please contact the WCU IT Help Desk (610) 436-3350, option 1.
D2L Services recommends the use of Mozilla Firefox when working in the D2L environment. You can download Mozilla Firefox by visiting the Firefox website. If using Internet Explorer or Safari, you may experience issues when working within D2L.
Please be advised that the Desire2Learn Hosting Facility performs scheduled server maintenance between 1:00AM and 7:00AM on the 2nd Sunday of every month. During this time, the system will not be available; please try to access the site again at 7:01am EST or shortly there after. If you have any questions, please send us an e-mail.
