Scheduling Policies

In order to schedule a Video Conference, please email the below information to Philip Riley. A site will be assigned to you based upon your responses and room availability.

Please send the following information
at least 7 days prior to the conference:

Your name, location, and telephone number.
Date and time of the requested conference(s).
Contact information for person(s) at remote location(s)
-- Who are you looking to conference with?
Number of participants to attend conference (on campus).
Any additional equipment / resources you require.
