Print Screen (located next the F12 key)

printer

Don't look at your printer after pressing this key. This sends a copy of whatever is on the screen to the clipboard. Then you can paste the screen image into Word or an email.

If you have two monitors or more than one window on a single monitor, and you wish to copy only the active window, hold down the Alt key, then tap on the Print Screen key. It will copy only that window that is active, not the whole desktop.
