Saving a file as a PDF

- Now with office 2007 you have the ability to create PDF files from within the Office programs themselves. To accomplish this you must first download and install the 2007 Microsoft Office Add-in: Microsoft Save as PDF. Click here to begin the installation.
- Once the file has been installed open an office application and when you go to save the file you will have the option to Save As PDF.
How to open Office 2007 files in earlier versions of Office Programs

To view Office 2007 files in earlier versions of you must install the Microsoft Office Compatibility Pack.
