Course Descriptions
This session will demonstrate how to schedule classes for the upcoming semester using myWCU. During this session you will learn how to enroll in a class; what to do if a class is full, and how to recognize course requirements and pre-requisites.
This session will review the necessary steps to keep your computer safe and virus free.
Blackboard Communication Tools
This session will give you an overview on how to use the Live Classroom communication tool within Blackboard.
This session will focus on the basic elements of creating and manipulating spreadsheets and formulas.
Intro to Blackboard
This session will introduce you to the Blackboard interface as well as how to properly navigate the system. You will be exposed to useful communication tools such as the virtual live classroom and the interactive discussion board.
Intro to myWCU
This session will demonstrate how to access and navigate the myWCU interface. During this session you will learn how to view and print your class schedule, update your personal information as well as how to personalize your myWCU homepage.
Intro to ResNet Central
This session will introduce you to the many services ResNet Central provides, and how to get support. In addition you will be exposed to tips on how to keep your computer safe and virus free.
Email Knowledge
This session will demonstrate how to use and manage your West Chester University Email. The instructor will educated you on how to access your Email, use the online password reset tool and how to manage your mailbox.
Intro to ACC
This session will provide you with information about the Academic Computing Center and the services it offers to you as a student. You will be introduced to who the ACC is and the various support outlets is has to offer.
