Jeff Osgood and Jeremy Phillips from the Master of Public Administration Program spent eight days in Angiro, Kenya over winter break.  While there, they worked with three different women's groups from across the western part of the country by aiding in the development of their economic development projects.  The West Chester University Foundation also provided fifty soccer balls to distribute to two primary schools and one orphanage. The trip was a wonderful success and the University is looking forward to sending another delegation next year.

Staff members from the Finance & Business Services and the Budget Departments participated in the American Heart Association’s National Wear Red Day on February 1.  This is an annual event to raise awareness of heart disease in women.
