Michael E. Kalogris is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of SunCom Wireless. A founder of SunCom Wireless, Mr. Kalogris has led the company's development, establishing SunCom Wireless as the first member of the AT&T Wireless Services Inc. network of affiliates as well as one of the leading wireless services carriers in the Southeast. Under his leadership, SunCom Wireless has set industry-leading standards for network performance, customer service and customer retention, leading to consistent strong growth in subscribers and revenue, and earning a reputation as one of the fastest-growing and best-managed wireless companies in the country. SunCom Wireless recently announced a merger with T-Mobile USA in a transaction valued at $2.4 billion for SunCom shareholders.  The merger agreement is pending regulatory approval.

Mell Josephs is the Exective Director of Student Services, Inc., which is an independent, self-supporting business organized as a not-for-proft 501(c)3 corporation. A Board of Directors is appointed/elected to represent the WCU campus community and govern the operations of the business. The directors establish broad policies and directions, act on major operating issues, approve the budget and give direction to the Executive Director.
