2015-2016 EMPLOYEE PARKING PERMITS are on sale now!!

You have the option of registering your vehicle and making your payment online at: https://wcupa.edu/Permits/permitlogin.asp or completing the application in person at WCU Parking Services located in the Peoples Building.

You may purchase your parking permit online with a credit card. This payment option is only available online. Only cash or checks will be accepted at the WCU Parking Services window. If you choose to register online, please allow 2 business days for your parking application to be processed. Please be sure to bring your vehicle registration and photo I.D. to Parking Services when you pick up your permit.

All parking permits must be picked up in person.


Visitors to campus are required to obtain a visitor’s parking pass to park in any surface parking lot or in the Matlack Parking Structure.  Visitor’s parking passes may be obtained at University Parking Services, located at the address above.  In order to obtain a visitor’s parking pass, a valid operator’s license and vehicle registration must be presented.

Visitors are encouraged to consider parking in the Sharpless Parking Structure located on Sharpless Street between High and South Church Streets.  This parking structure is a pay to park facility, but  many visitor’s feel it is the most convenient parking.

Motorist Assistance

If you wish to appeal a parking ticket please click here to obtain an appeal form. Print the form and when completed, appeals can be mailed in, dropped off in person, or faxed to parking services.

Posted signs supercede printed materials in regard to enforcement of parking regulations on campus.
