The on-line pre-registration has been temporarily suspended due to the high volume of sales. You may purchase your parking permit by appearing in person at the Peoples Building between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm Monday through Friday. You must have your vehicle registration, a photo ID and $30.00 cash or check payable to the WCU Parking Fund with you at the time of purchase. All outstanding parking fines must be paid prior to purchasing the 08-09 permit.

Hardship appeals received after August 14th, 2008 will not be processed until after September 8th, 2008.
