Continuing Theatre and Dance Education

Peter Collier was selected through audition to study acting in The Maggie Flanigan Studio in New York City.

Jillian Glace is working on her MA in Creative Art Therapy with a concentration/specialization in Dance/Movement Therapy at Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA.

Alex McCausland is working on his MFA in Acting at Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana.

Mike Thatcher has been awarded a teaching assistantship to work on his MFA in Acting at the University of Nevada Las Vegas.

Alumni in Production

Alyssa Cole is a Production Fellow for the Wilma Theatre in Philadelphia during their 2011-2012 season.

Andrea Daniels' play entitled "Love-Nothing" was voted a "Fest Best" by the CityPaper in Philadelphia during the 2010 Philadelphia Live Arts Festival/Philly Fringe.

Jon DeGaetano is the lighting designer for "Footwerx", a tap show in production at the Wilma Theatre in Philadelphia this fall. Jon was last at the Wilma as assistant to lighting designer Sarah Sidman on "The Understudy". Since graduation, Jon has also designed at the National Portrait Gallery and the Italian Embassy in Washington, DC and at HERE Arts Center in NYC as assistant to lighting designer Mark O'Maley on "Through the Eyes of the Seahorse".

Connor McAndrews is currently working as an actor and stage manager for the Surflight Theater in Beach Haven, NJ, as part of their Surflight-To-Go educational touring company. He also premiered the show "Maggie McGee Goes Green!" written by John Anker Bow and Jason Bohr with the company at the Meadowlands Ecology Center in Lyndhurst, NJ.

Michael Nguyen is currently performing with the Rev 9 Dance Company in Lancaster, PA and MM2 Modern Dance Company in Philadelphia. Nguyen also just finished a run of the musical “Chicago” in Lancaster, PA as an ensemble dancer.

Sara Painter and Mary Beth Rim produced “A Turn of the Blinds”, a short film that had a screening at the Walking Fish Theatre in Kensington, PA and was accepted at the Inaugural Film Festival in Green Bay, WI.

Katie Pidgeon is the production manager for Flashpoint Theatre Company in Philadelphia.

Jennifer Rose is the artistic director of her own tap company, Loose Screws. She teaches and choreographs throughout the Philadelphia metro area. Her work "Untitled Project #213" was presented at the Walnut Street Theatre's Independence Studio during the 2010 Philadelphia Live Arts Festival/Philly Fringe.

Christen Svingos is performing in “Chicago” at Toby’s Dinner Theatre in Baltimore, MD.
