Greg Riley has performed with The Los Angeles Opera, The Music Theater of Southern California, Keiko Matsui, The Quincy Jones Orchestra, and The Ray Charles Orchestra. Dr. Riley is currently touring with Cook, Dixon & Young formally known as Three Mo' Tenors. He has recorded with various artists including, Craig Horton, Frank Lenz, Crystal Lewis, John Tesh, Keiko Matsui, Leslie Paula, Sarah Shannon, Sound Assembly, The Bayou Brass Band, Chris Whynaught, and Charles Wright & the Watts 103rd Street Rhythm Band.
Dr. Riley studied saxophone with Jim Rotter (USC), Gary Foster (USC), Bob Sheppard (USC), Doug Masek (USC), Tim Timmons (UMKC), Dr. Willie Morris (U of A), and William Dole (U of A).
Prior to joining the faculty at West Chester University of PA, Dr. Riley served as Adjunct Instructor of Saxophone and Bassoon at Azusa Pacific University in Azusa, California and Adjunct Instructor of Saxophone and Jazz Ensemble at Pepperdine University in Malibu, California. Professor Riley also served as an Instructor of Saxophone and Clarinet at The Masters College in Santa Clarita, California. Dr. Riley is a member of the North American Saxophone Alliance and the International Association of Jazz Educators.
