SUMMER SCHOOL REGISTRATION FEE

The Summer School registration fee is $70 and includes admission to classes from Monday to Wednesday morning, the Summer School pack, and tea/coffee breaks. Please note that the School is limited to 20 participants and places will be allotted on a first-paid-first-served basis. Further information about the Summer School can be found here.

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEE

The Conference fee includes admission to the conference from Wednesday to Saturday, conference pack, tea/coffee breaks from Wednesday to Saturday, lunches from Thursday to Saturday, welcome reception (Wednesday 19th July) and literary reading (Thursday 20th July).

*Students must submit proof of current enrollment status to receive student member rates. Proof may come in the form of a student ID with dates, an enrolment verification letter, or a letter from a supervisor or department chair. Proof must be emailed to pala@wcupa.edu.

SOCIAL PROGRAM REGISTRATION FEES

  • Beer-Tasting at Levante Brewery Company $10 per person
  • Conference Dinner $70 per person
  • PALA Excursion to Philadelphia $68 per person

Cancellation/Refund policy: The deadline for a conference attendee to request a full refund (bar administrative costs and bank charges) and cancellation is May 31, 2017. After May 31, 2017, no refunds will be issued for cancellations of any type, including no-shows.

All refund and cancellation requests must be made in writing, and refunds will be made after the conference. Notice of cancellation must be sent to pala@wcupa.edu.
