Sponsorship Benefits

This event is only made possible by the support and generosity of our sponsors. Your involvement will signal your commitment to the health of our planet and people. Your sponsorship will allow you to connect with 1,200 keynote attendees, 500 conference participants, 200 dinner guests and 1.200 concert attendees to include the general public, breast cancer survivors, medical professionals, integrative health professionals, university students, faculty, and an additional 4,000 students for exhibits.

Standard Sponsor Package

All sponsorship levels will include the following:

  • Listing in event program (both Integrative Health Conference and Olivia Newton-John concert)
  • Corporate name included in all press releases
  • Listing on event website as sponsor
  • Name listed in event materials
  • Large poster announcing sponsor at the event
  • E-blasts to WCU alumni and ACEER supporters-30,000
  • Company information/brochures distributed to event attendees

Title Sponsor-$50,000 ( $48,340 tax deduction)

In addition to the standard sponsor package, the Title Sponsor will receive:

  • Name/logo on save-the-date postcard-lilsted as Title Sponsor and mailed to 40,000
  • Name/logo on invitations-listed as event Title Sponsor
  • Priority listing and company logo on event website, with complimentary link to coroporate website
  • Large banner announcing Title Sponsor at the event-with priority placement
  • 2 tickets to exclusive dinner with Olivia Newton-John and other special guests on Friday evening
  • Priority cover listing for event program with company logo with full-page ad space
  • Acknowledgement in opening sessions: keynote address, dinner, and concert
  • Premium exhibition booth during event weekend
  • 8 tickets-conference keynote and workshops, gala dinner, and Olivia Newton-John Concert

Event Underwriter-$20,000 ($18,340 tax deduction)

In addition to the standard sponsor package, the Event Underwriter will receive:

  • Priority listing and company logo on event website, with complimentary link to corporate website
  • Large banner announcing Underwriter at the event-with priority placement
  • 2 tickets to exclusive dinner with Olivia Newton-John and other special guests on Friday evening.
  • Cover listing for event program with company logo with full-page ad space
  • Acknowledgement in opening sessions: keynote address, dinner, and concert
  • First priority exhibition booth during event weekend
  • 8 tickets-conference keynote and workshops, gala dinner, and Olivia Newton-John Concert

Healing Sponsor-$10,000 ($8,340 tax deduction)

In addition to the standard sponsor package, the Healing Sponsor will receive:

  • Banner announcing sponsorship at the event.
  • 2 tickets to exclusive dinner with Olivia Newton-John and other special guests on Friday evening
  • Full-page ad space in event program
  • Acknowledgement in opening sessions: keynote address, dinner, and concert
  • Second priority exhibition booth during event weekend
  • 8 tickets-conference keynote and workshops, gala dinner, and Olivia Newton-John Concert

Supporting Sponsor-$5,000 ($3,830 tax deduction)

In addition to the standard sponsor package, the Supporting Sponsor will receive:

  • Banner announcing sponsorship with other Supporting Sponsors at the event
  • 1/2 page ad in event program
  • Acknowledgement in opening sessions: keynote address, dinner, and concert
  • Standard exhibition booth during event weekend
  • 6 tickets-conference keynote and workshops, gala dinner, and Olivia Newton-John Concert

Contributing Sponsor-$3,000 ($2,220 tax deduction)

In addition to the standard sponsor package, the Contributing Sponsor will receive:

  • 1/4 page ad in event program
  • Acknowledgement in opening sessions: keynote address, dinner, and concert
  • Standard exhibition booth during event weekend
  • 4 tickets-conference keynote and workshops, gala dinner, and Olivia Newton-John Concert

Friend-$1,000 ($610 tax deduction)

In addition to the standard sponsor package, the Friend will receive:

  • 1/8 page ad space in event program
  • Acknowledgement in opening sessions: keynote address, dinner, and concert
  • 2 tickets-conference keynote and workshops, gala dinner, and Olivia Newton-John Concert

**Only the $100 concert tickets receive $25 tax deduction.
