The ACEER Foundation supports its education and research programs in the Amazon with classrooms, field labs, canopy access systems, demonstration gardens, interpreted trails, and nature interpretation centers for researchers, students and others.

ACEER – Cahuide

ACEER operates a small nature center and garden in the village of Cahuide, along the Nauta Road outside of Iquitos in northeastern Peru.The center serves primarily our local environmental education programs and is visited by school children throughout the region. In addition to operating the center, ACEER is supporting research, by local university scientists, in the Itaya watershed.
