Safety and Security on Campus

West Chester University is constantly working to make our campus safer. If there are areas that you feel are not adequately lit, please report these to the Women’s Center. The Public Safety office will always provide an escort if you need it on campus. Do not hesitate to call them (610-436-3311). There is an off campus shuttle bus that is in operation Thursday-Sunday nights. The shuttle runs through parts of the borough where students travel a great deal. Even though it may appear to be a hassle, try to plan ahead so you have someone to walk or ride home with, especially when it is dark outside.
