Information Desk

Welcome to WCU's Information desk. Whether you have a question in person or on the phone, our highly trained staff will do their best to find the answer you need. If you have a question about the time or location or event the information desk can assist you in looking it up on www.events.wcupa.edu (R25). In addition to answering any questions you might have, Sykes offers an array of services to help you:

Laptop Loan:

Sykes also has laptops you can loan out; all you need is your ID.

Flyers:

Putting on an event? Drop off 3 flyers to the information desk and we will put them up for you! Also see Building Policies for more information about postings.

Lawyer:

A lawyer comes to Sykes to provide free legal service. Look for the lawyer to return in the spring. Please contact the information desk with any questions.

SEPTA Schedules

SEPTA schedule booklets are available at the information desk. You can also get the schedules online or use the Trip Planner feature on SETPA website

Student Office Keys:

Student organization with offices on the second floor may obtain the key to their office by stopping at the in desk and exchanging their WCU ID for the key. Keys may not leave the building and you must be on the authorized key list to get the key.
