Working with more than100 area agencies, there are unique opportunities to help in a variety of ways including with the environment, children, elderly, health, science, special needs, housing repair and much more.

The office has binders with detailed listings on each agency.
Some volunteers choose to do so on a weekly or regular basis such as tutoring a child or being a buddy to an elderly person. Other volunteers participate in one-time events such as Philly Cares Day, Brian’s Run and decorating downtown for the holidays.
The Office of Service-Learning & Volunteer Programs also sponsors an event each month that is open to all.

DEADLINES for monthly service reports and nominations for SPRING 2012 are February 1 for January, March 2 for February, April 2 for March, and May 1 for April and May( estimate the May hours).
