First Year Student Orientation

All incoming First Year Students are required
to attend WCU's two-part Orientation Program.

Part 1:  Is a one-day program that occurs in June or July. Students are required to attend one of the June/July dates
(students select their top three preferences of dates on the Registration Form included in the Orientation materials that they will receive.  We will then do our best to schedule students into one of their top preferences). Assignments to Orientation Sessions are on a "first come, first served" basis; therefore, please return the registration materials promptly.
Class schedules for the Fall semester are prepared based on Orientation registration and the payment of the Orientation fee.  An academic schedule will not be created until your Orientation Registration Form and payment are received.

** Please click HERE to register for the First Year Orientation Program on-line **

Part 2:  Is a three-day Orientation Program that takes place in August prior to the beginning of classes.  Participation in Part 2 is required for all First Year Students.

Students living on-campus will move into their Residence Hall room on Friday, August 22nd. Once August approaches, please see the Office of Residence Life and Housing Services web page at www.wcupa.edu/_SERVICES/stu.lif for more move-in related details.
