WCUPA Campus Alert Subscriptions Receive WCU announcements (on-campus emergencies, delayed openings, university closings, etc.) via WCU Alert. WCU Alert is a service that sends text messages to cell phones(SMS), wireless PDAs, pagers, and e-mail addresses.
