Skip arrived at West Chester University in April, 1992 as the Director of Multicultural Affairs, from the University at Albany (SUNY) where he had held a similar position for four years. A native of Delaware, he is a 1978 graduate of Salisbury University in Maryland, and a product of the Student Personnel in Higher Education graduate program at The Ohio State University. At WCU he serves on many different university wide committees including the Social Equity Advisory Board and the Campus Climate Intervention Team, and is the faculty advisor to the Black Student Union. Along with his wife and three children, he resides in his hometown of Greenwood, Delaware.

Querida began her West Chester University journey as a Graduate Assistant for the Office of Multicultural Affairs in 2006 while acquiring her Master's of Social Work degree from West Chester University's Advance Standing Program. Upon completion of her degree, Querida was employed as a School Social Worker until her return to West Chester University as Associate Director of the Office of Multicultural Affairs in the fall of 2010. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work at Lock Haven University in Lock Haven, Pennsylvania in 2004. Born and raised in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, Querida has a passion for supporting academic and personal student success.
