WELCOME

Hello, and welcome to the West Chester University web site for the Office of Residence Life and Housing Services!  We are pleased to present this web site, as it is full of information related to the on-campus residential program.  You will discover all that is included in the residence halls from programs and activities to staff, plus it is a vehicle for searching for policies that effect your every day life while a resident student.

Life in the residence halls implies far more than just a place where you sleep and kill time between classes.  You will find that you spend a great deal of time outside the classroom and the residence hall provides a great opportunity to begin new friendships, become involved in hall and campus activities, in addition to being a springboard to future positions of leadership on campus.

This web site will help point you in the direction of all the information you need to make informed decisions.  Please do not hesitate to utilize this resource.  I hope you have a great experience at West Chester University and that this web site adequately supports your needs as it relates to your residential experience.

Sincerely,

Thomas J. Purce
Assistant Vice President for Student Affairs
