Summer Housing 2012

West Chester University offers a comprehensive summer school opportunity. The Office of Residence Life and Housing Services has a program in place for summer housing. We typically arrange for one residence hall to be available for summer.

Summer School Housing and Meal Information and applications are available below or may be picked up in The Office of Residence Life and Housing Services. Applications should be returned to the 2nd Floor of the Lawrence Center ASAP, via US Postal Service, or FAX at 610.430.5945.

Summer 2012 Housing/Meal Fee Structure:

North Single/19 Meal Plan $273.00
North Single/14 Meal Plan $264.00
North Double/19 Meal Plan $223.00
North Double/14 Meal Plan** $214.00

No meal plan is available during Intersession #1. Students staying during this period will be billed for housing only and must make their own arrangements for meals.

Weekly Costs

  • North Campus Double Per Week = $152.00
  • North Campus Single Per Week = $202.00
  • 14 Meal Plan Per Week = $62.00
  • 19 Meal Plan Per Week = $71.00

Session Costs

  • 5 Week Housing North Campus Double and 14 Meal Plan = $1,070.00
  • 5 Week Housing North Campus Double and 19 Meal Plan = $1,115.00
  • 5 Week Housing North Campus Single and 14 Meal Plan = $1,320.00
  • 5 Week Housing North Campus Single and 19 Meal Plan = $1,365.00
