An important complement to any community is the establishment of agreed upon expectations for each member of the community. Since the residential environment at WCU is a community, there are certain policies and procedures that govern the behavior of individuals living within this community. These policies and procedures are contained in the Guide to Residential Living and the Rams’ Eye View. Both of these publications are distributed to residential students upon check in, and are linked below. In addition, we have provided a quick reference guide to our basic housing policies and procedures below. Please note that all students are responsible for becoming aware of their rights and responsibilities as a resident student and a WCU community member.
