What is this? |
The 30 day challenge is a chance for you to kick start your fitness goals! Aim to spend at least 30 minutes of exercise, 3 times per week over 30 days. |
Who can do it? |
Everyone and anyone! Whether you're in shape or not quite there, this challenge is for anyone who is looking to RAM Into Action! |
When is it happening? |
From March 26th through April 24th. |
How can I get it done? |
You'd be surprised the variety of things you can do to get in those 20 minutes. You can hit the gym, go ice skating, bowling and more! Click here to find out some other ways to get moving!
