Welcome to the Health Center

College means new classes, more friends, larger crowds. What can you do to enjoy it all and stay healthy?

1. Wash your hands before eating and after using the bathroom.

2. Do not share food or drinks unless you are willing to share everything....

3. Keep your hands away from your face-and see tip number 1.

4. Cover your coughs and sneezes with your upper arm.

5. Stay well rested with a full night of sleep, eat healthy, and exercise regularly.
