Registration Payment

All payments for Intramural participation (League or Tournament) must be paid at the SSI Service Window (bottom floor of Sykes Student Union). Payment receipt along with complete roster must be submitted at the Rec Office by the respective sport deadline.

When entering a team in a "league" the registration fee is $35 per team. When entering a team in a "tournament" the registration fee is $20. When a team is formed by all Free Agents, a captain should be selected to represent the team and collect the appropriate registration fee in order to participate as a team. For individual/dual intramural sports, the registration fee is $5.

If rosters are submitted online, you must go to the SSI Window, tell them you are paying the registration fee for Intramurals, and receive a receipt from your transaction. This receipt must be received by the Rec Office by the respective deadline for the particular sport. Players will then have to come to the Rec Office, show their WCU ID, and sign the back of the roster to be eligible to play.

If you are physically submitting a roster to the Rec Office, team entry forms must be completed of all requested information to be accepted, along with all player signatures on the front and back. Bring completed team entry form to the SSI Service Window to pay for your team registration fee. Once payment is received the team entry form will be date stamped. Finally, drop off the stamped team entry form to the Rec Office in Ehinger Gymnasium, Room 133.
