The West Chester University Speech and Hearing Clinic (WCUSHC) offers free comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for children and adults suspected of having speech, language, voice, feeding, swallowing, cognitive-communication, or hearing disorders. We also offer free diagnostic evaluations for individuals interested in modifying aspects of their communication (e.g., accent, professional speaking, voice training, etc.). At the WCUSHC, student clinicians have access to the latest technology used to perform advanced diagnostic procedures that provides in-depth evaluations for all of our clients. We also provide evaluations for individuals over seven years old who have suspected central auditory processing disorders and offer bilingual Spanish-English evaluations for all patients. 

For those diagnosed with speech, language, voice, feeding, swallowing, cognitive-communication, or hearing disorders, the WCUSHC offers free treatment sessions. We also offer free treatment sessions for individuals interested in modifying aspects of their communication (e.g., accent, professional speaking, voice training, etc.).  Our therapy services for individuals with hearing loss include speech/lip reading, listening enhancement techniques, group hearing therapy, and cochlear implant intensive listening therapy. We also offer bilingual Spanish-English treatment sessions.

Sessions are offered once or twice a week during the fall and spring semesters. Summer programs are offered throughout the day during the month of July.
