Summer Billing Due Dates

Summer Session I (May 29th through June 28th, 2012)

• DUE May 14th, 2012.
• Electronic bills will be sent to all students via WCU e-mail accounts.
• There is NO payment plan for the summer.
• All bills must be PAID IN FULL by the due date.
• Schedule by April 17th and you will receive a paper bill.
• Schedule after April 17th, you will NOT receive a paper bill but you must still pay in full by May 14th.
• You can check online via the Account Summary link in MyWCU for the balance due.
  

Summer Session II (July 2nd through August 2nd, 2012)

• DUE June 21st, 2012.
• Electronic bills will be sent to all students via WCU e-mail accounts.
• There is NO payment plan for the summer.
• All bills must be PAID IN FULL by the due date.
• Schedule by May 31st and you will receive a bill.
• Schedule after May 31st, you will NOT receive a paper bill, but you must pay in full by June 21st.
• You can check online via the Account Summary link in MyWCU for the balance due.

Summer Session III (August 6th through August 23rd, 2012

• DUE July 26th, 2012.
• Electronic bills will be sent to all students via WCU e-mail accounts.
• There is NO payment plan in the summer.
• All bills must be PAID IN FULL by the due date.
• Schedule by July 10th and you will receive a paper bill.
• Schedule after July 10th, you will NOT receive a paper bill but you must pay in full by July 26th.
• You can check online via the Account Summary link in MyWCU for the balance due.
