You are cordially invited to the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education’s 4th Diversity Summit to be held at Kutztown University on Thursday, September 23 through Friday, September 24. The theme is Crossing Over into a New Decade: The Intersection of Diversity and Changing Economics.
PASSHE university faculty, staff and graduate students will present workshops on practical approaches to highlighting campus diversity in the areas of Disability Services, Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender, Questioning, Intersex and Allied (GLBTQIA) issues, Multicultural issues and Women‘s issues in a time of diminished fiscal resources.
Calls for Proposals have been extended until Friday, May 14, 2010. Further instructions for those interested in submitting a proposal are attached to this message.
Overnight accommodations have been reserved at Bear Creek Mountain Resort, 101 Doe Mountain Lane, Macungie, PA 18062. Cost for the conference is $82.00 per evening.
