Biography

After receiving his Ph. D. degree from the University of Missouri, Dr. Bhim Sandhu joined this
department in 1978. He has taught U.S. Government and Politics, Public Administration and
International Relations. He has published a book and one article in the areas of Chinese – Indian
relations, has served as an advisor and editor for McGraw/ Pushkin’s Annual Editions:
Readings in Public Administration and International Politics, and has presented papers in
regional, national, and international conferences. He has held elected positions in the National
Association of the Third world studies.
