Bachelor of Science

The department offers a BS in Management to students who desire to major in Management. The BS in Management curriculum is designed to provide students with the skills required to manage business and public organizations effectively. Consequently, the courses outlined in the department's four-year schedule are designed to fulfill this curriculum objective.

Incoming students who meet the SAT, GPA, and high school rank requirements are admitted to the pre-business program. After successful completion of the required courses, pre-business students may apply for admission to the BS in Management, or any of the other 4 business programs. In order to be accepted into the BS Management program, students must:

1. complete 48 credits with at least a 2.5 GPA; and
2. complete Principles of Macroeconomics, Principles of Microeconomics, Financial Accounting, a Mathematics requirement, Quantitative Business Analysis I, and Principles of Management with a C or better.
