The Faculty Associate also supervises scholarships and student research awards, and is always willing to discuss, informally, concerns related to the quality of student life in the College of Arts and Sciences.

The Assistant Dean/Budget Manager is responsible for managing fiscal affairs for the College of Arts and Sciences. Questions about payroll, reimbursements, purchases, and other fiscal policies can be directed to this position, along with inquiries about grants and contracts. The Assistant Dean/Budget Manager is also responsible for confirming faculty workloads with the departments.

The Administrative Assistant to the Interim Associate Deans is available for questions and assistance regarding their calendars and their activities, including internal and external grants, and course proposals. She also provides support to the Faculty Associate for Student Issues for undergraduate grants, and the CAS Accepted Students Day and Outstanding Student events.

The CAS Receptionist is responsible for answering the main office line, greeting all visitors to the CAS office, helping them with any questions or problems, helping students with obtaining the correct signatures on various forms, routing those forms where necessary and keeping the front of the office organized in regard to guiding people to their correct appointments as they arrive.
