The Teacher Education Center provides a number of services
for the College of Education at West Chester University. Two
of the most important are:
Student Teaching Placements
Placing teacher education students majoring in early childhood,
elementary, secondary and special education for early field
and student teaching experiences in 50 school districts located
in the Philadelphia area. Each semester the Center is responsible
for placing approximately 300 students for a student teaching
experience.
