Area of Instruction
Dr. Brown teaches Evaluation and Measurement at the undergraduate level
and Methods of Research and Assessment at the graduate level.

Publications/ Professional Activities
Dr. Brown has published articles and given presentations and workshops that focus on childhood aggression, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, and integrating issues related to students with special needs into teacher education programs.

She also co-authored a text on action research with Dr. Richard Parsons.

Biography
Dr Kim Brown taught at the elementary level and was an elementary counselor for eight years. She received an M.A. from West Chester University and completed the Ph.D. School Psychology Program and Measurement and Research Program at the University of Pennsylvania.

Dr. Brown served as a member of the Downingtown Area School Board for 11 years during that time served as chair of the Curriculum Committee.
