The College of Education is fortunate to have many scholarship opportunities for students pursuing careers in the fields of education and counseling. This booklet describes the various awards available to students and lists the requirements for application. Scholarships are awarded directly through the College of Education as well as through the academic departments. We invite you to read about the scholarship offerings and encourage you to apply for ones that seem right for you.

To apply, use the Standard Application and follow the guidelines carefully. In many cases, additional documentation besides the standard application is required. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed by the committee, so be sure to complete one application form per scholarship and attach all necessary information. Please feel free to contact your department chairperson or your department’s scholarship committee representative if you have questions about any of the awards.
