Bring It On Cycling-Come burn the calories with the stationary bikes in this upbeat cardio hour! Control your own pace and intensity to the motivating music. You are guaranteed to be left dripping by the end of class. There are ony 12 bikes, so don't forget to sign up at the front desk of the Fitness Center on the day of. The bikes are on a first come first serve basis, so get them while there hot!! Can't wait to see you there!!!

Cardio Combo-All your favorite cardio sessions packed into one! Step and Kickboxing moves combined together resulting in a high calorie burning workout. The different moves will get your heart pumping while toning your entire body and burning some serious calories!!

Kick Punch & Crunch-Spend this session getting your heart rate up and dropping the calories in the high intensity kickboxing intervals, and then hit the floor for nothing else but abs, abs, abs!!

Total Body Toning-A full hour dedicated to toning it up! Using weights, body bars and balls, we will focus on your legs, arms, abs, and of course your gluts! For the MAXIMUM Total Body Tone!

Core Toning-It's all in the name! A half hour of ab toning and sculpting!

2x Abs-A blast of cardio, a touch of full body toning, and 2x's the abs, with 2x's the instructors!!

Body Sculpt-30 minutes of all over toning with different equipment!

Cardio Kickbox-A high intensity mix of cardio and kickboxing moves to tone and burn calories!

Abs, Legs, & Gluts-Target just your lower body for 60 minutes! Using the newest most effective moves out there!

Ab Labb-An entire session dedicated to sculpting your body with emphasis on your abdominals! We will pay special attention to your core region but won't forget about your legs, arms, back, & gluts!

Heat It Up Cardio-Burn, Burn, Burn those extra calories during and intense hour of cardio training!

Spin & Tone-Start off with 30 minutes of high intensity cardio on the bikes, paired with 30 minutes of toning to firm up those common trouble zones! Come check it out for a total body workout!!!

Interval Cardio-Many different cardio moves & exercises to get you in shape, all in just 30 minutes!
