Skip arrived at West Chester University in April, 1992 as the Director of Multicultural Affairs, from the University at Albany (SUNY) where he had held a similar position for four years. A native of Delaware, he is a 1978 graduate of Salisbury University in Maryland, and a product of the Student Personnel in Higher Education graduate program at The Ohio State University. At WCU he serves on many different university wide committees including the Social Equity Advisory Board and the Campus Climate Intervention Team, and is the faculty advisor to the Black Student Union. Along with his wife and three children, he resides in his hometown of Greenwood, Delaware.

Tammy began her West Chester University career as a Resident Director for the Office of Residence Life and Housing Services in 2000. After serving in this capacity, she was promoted to Associate Director of the Office of Multicultural Affairs in 2008. Tammy acquired her Master’s of Arts degree in Education from Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, Connecticut while serving as a Graduate Hall Director. In 1994, she completed her Bachelor of Science degree in the Recreation Profession at Montclair State University in Upper Montclair, New Jersey. Born and raised in the inner city of Paterson, New Jersey, she has a passion for creating innovative diversity initiatives that engage students in academic and personal enrichment.
